A tract of land being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, in Township 13 North and Rang 5 West in Independence County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, thence North 88 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds West along the south line of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4 a distance of 38.4 feet to the point of beginning, (POB), said point of being on the west right of way line of a county road: thence continue North 88 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 430.84 feet to the right bank of a creek; thence along said right bank of the following call: North 69 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 188.70 feet, North 34 degrees 53 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 133.47 feet and North 56 degrees 02 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of 220.86 feet to the said west right of way line of said county road; thence South 01 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West along said west right of way line a distance of 310.17 feet to the Point of Beginning.
